DESCRIPTION:Traveling Players Studio\, Tysons Corner Center  \nBy Judith Walsh White  \nEverybody knows the story of Pandora.  Pandora\, the first woman\, is granted a special gift by the gods: a sealed box.  Though she has been warned to leave it closed\, her curiosity gets the better of her\, and out into the world burst the first evils – jealousy\, grief\, greed\, and disease.  But what if there were more to the story?  In this unique adaptation of the classic tale\, follow the creation of humanity and all its faults\, and learn what really happened when Pandora opened that box. \nPandora’s Fire was the 1st play Traveling Players commissioned from playwright-in-residence Judith Walsh White for our Mythology Ensemble.  It was published by TheatreFolk and has had productions in Australia\, Saudi Arabia\, China\, Canada\, the UK\, and Gibraltar\, as well as throughout the US. \n35 minutes | ages 6+  \nEvery actor receives 2 complimentary tickets.

Umbrellas\, tents\, tables\, and other shelters are prohibited. \nCancellation Policy: Patrons will receive cancellation-related updates by 5:30 pm on the day of the show announced via email\, Facebook & Instagram. \nInstead of canceling\, the performance could be brought inside.
