Selah Scott

Selah is finishing up her junior year at James Madison University as a Theatre major with a concentration in Theatre Studies and a minor in English. This past year she performed as #25 in JMU’s production of The Wolves by Sarah DeLappe and directed a devised adaptation of Twelfth Night entitled What You Will. In the past, she has trained with the Powerhouse Theatre at Vassar College and was a member of the Make Trouble Ensemble. She is super into devising, Shakespeare, and plays with yummy words. After high school, she took a gap year and volunteered at Knysna Elephant Park in Knysna, South Africa. There, she helped create a database for healthy elephant behavior to be used to improve conditions for captive ellies around the world. She also snuggled a fair number of elephants while she was at it. Outside the theatre world, she likes sitting under trees with her dog, reading YA fiction, and playing the ukulele badly.
